Due to the high call volume & limited support staff, it is difficult to answer every call we receive, but we make every effort to do so! Our staff makes every effort to respond to patient emails within one business day. Multiple submissions may result in a delay. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Please be aware that record requests can take up to 30 days to process. Records released to clients directly will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
